GET:
Return a list of all the existing space stations.

FILTERS:
Parameters - 'name', 'status', 'owners', 'orbit', 'type', 'owners__name', 'owners__abbrev'

SEARCH EXAMPLE:

Searches through 'name', 'owners__name', 'owners__abbrev'

ORDERING:
